Why Do You Need This?
The purpose of non-criminal record check is that people who have lived in any country or region for more than 6 months will need to confirm that they have no criminal record in this region.
Direct submission of study permits and work permits from China usually requires a police certificate. However, it is usually not required for domestic applications. Immigration applications always require non-criminal inspections.
The non-criminal certificate has high requirements for the time issued, which depends on the immigration program you are applying. The shortest of which requires a non-criminal certificate issued within 3 months.
In order to avoid expiration of the certificate you issued during the process of studying abroad or immigration, please check the requirements in your application carefully, or contact us for consultation.
How to Apply
- China: Go to the local police station with your ID card. If you are unable to go there, you need to write and sign a written authorization/authorization letter, or record a video (the video must include your passport, your name, ID number, and your consigner’s information). Then they can go to the notary office to for your Chinese-English notarization with stamp.
- Canada: Contact the local Royal Canadian Mounted Police or the fingerprint commissionaires agency associated with Royal Canadian Mounted Police. Explain the type of immigration you are applying for, and make an appointment for the interview time for fingerprint collection. The report will usually be mailed to you within 2-3 weeks.
