Foreign Graduate Entrepreneur Stream
The Foreign Graduate Entrepreneur Stream is an economic immigration program for qualified foreign educated graduates from outside of Canada who want to launch start-up enterprises and innovative businesses in Alberta.
Graduate Entrepreneur Stream
On February 16, 2022, the Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) was renamed to the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program. Our entrepreneur streams were also renamed as Graduate Entrepreneur Stream, Rural Entrepreneur Stream and Foreign Graduate Entrepreneur Stream.
Rural Entrepreneur Stream
On February 16, 2022, the Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) was renamed as Alberta Advantage Immigrant Program (AAIP), and two new streams were launched – the Rural Entrepreneur Stream and Rural Renewal Stream.
Alberta Advantage Immigrant Program/AAIP
The Alberta Advantage Immigrant Program (AAIP) is one of the first provinces in Canada to sign a provincial nomination agreement with the federal immigration department. Due to the long history of AAIP and the strong economic strength of the province, the provincial nomination program has been continuously updated over the years to attract new immigrants from all over the world, so as to adapt to the reality of the province’s economic and community development.
Ontario Entrepreneur Stream / OINP
加拿大安省企業家移民項目（Entrepreneur stream）是安大略省移民提名計劃 (OINP) 下的其中一個移民類別，此類別適用於來自加拿大以外的企業家，在安省開設一個新的企業或購買安大略省現有的企業，並且該業務可以爲整個安大略省的當地經濟提供實質性的好處。
Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program/OINP
The Ontario PNP is officially called the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP). Ontario is the largest province in Canada, and the provincial capital Toronto is also the largest city in Canada. Ontario is the most popular destination for Chinese students and immigrants. Ontario is the province with the most immigration categories, and its immigration policy for international students is characterized by: highly educated talents, high-tech talents and skilled workers who meet the needs of the province’s labor market.
SINP Entrepreneur Category
The SINP Entrepreneur Category (SINP Entrepreneur Category) is an immigration program established to attract global entrepreneurial talents. Applicants nominated by this project need to acquire a business in Saskatchewan, or to operate a partnership, and actively participate in the management of enterprises, and settled in Saskatchewan.
Owner Operator LMIA
The Canadian Owner Operator LMIA is a work visa program for foreign owners of Canadian companies. It is a project that has been evaluated by the Canadian Ministry of Human Resources and allows foreign owners who hold Canadian companies but do not have Canadian status to apply for a work permit, accumulate relevant work experience in Canada, and then apply for an immigration program.
Immigration to Canada for Hong Kong residents
Since November 2020, the Canadian Immigration Department has successively launched three immigration policies for Hong Kong people. This Hong Kong people immigrate to Canada to provide a special channel, and named “Hong Kong Road” (HONG KONG PATHWAY).
